These terms govern the use of this website, owned by Iván Mauricio Meneses (tax ID Z1544617B), operating under the trade name STEAMNODE from Arrecife, Lanzarote, España. No corporate entity distinct from the owner exists as of this update.
Terms of use of the site, not a service contract
This document only governs the use of this website as an informational showcase: browsing it, reading its content, or filling out the contact form does not constitute acceptance of any service agreement. Any actual project commissioned from STEAMNODE (system implementation, integration, maintenance, etc.) is formalized separately, in its own quote or service contract, signed by both parties before any work begins — never merely by having visited this site or sent an inquiry.
Informational nature of prices
The “from” prices published on this site are indicative. The actual scope of each implementation is defined in a prior assessment, and the final quote is formalized in writing before any work begins.
Nature of the demos
The demos available on this site are labeled “Real system” or “Interactive example” based on their actual technical status at any given time. No simulation is presented as a production system connected to real customer data. VOICE test call requests are reviewed before activation: submitting the form does not trigger an automatic call.
Intellectual property
The content, the trade name STEAMNODE, the design and the visual language of this site (including the NODE system and the Operating View) are the property of Iván Mauricio Meneses unless otherwise stated.
